A Good Place for People Who Read

Carry On Book Truck - with a Next Stop trailer - Small overloaded book trucks that don't technically exist - when you need to carry on to the next stop with ALL the books.

These one-of-a-kind original watercolors are part of my growing collection of slightly wonky bookstores, libraries, book villages and occasionally wildly overloaded book trucks.

Some are a single tiny shop. Some are two or three buildings tucked together. Others are little book villages filled with different shops and places to read. Each is painted loosely in watercolor and finished with just enough ink to hold the whole thing together.

No two are alike. Buildings lean. Books pile up. Colors wander outside the lines. Perspective is more of a suggestion than a rule. Which is exactly how I like them.
