HOLIDAY SHIPPING: Orders placed on or before December 14, 2022 will ship out after completion. Any orders placed December 15-26, will ship starting December 27, 2022.
SHIPPING: Your item will ship after it is completed - please see individual product pages for turnaround times. "Turnaround time" is the amount of time it takes to craft and pack and ready your item for shipping, and does not include the actual shipping time after it leaves our workshop.
Please know that I make every effort to package and ship your item carefully, and use the best shipping methods available to me, based on your preferences and payments. I also try to track everyone's order to ensure that it arrives in a timely manner.
Once it has left my hands and I've sent you the tracking info, I have no control over your item! Thanks in advance for your patience.
We are sure that you will love your pretty clever item! However, in the unlikely event that you need to return it, please review all of this very clear and important information:
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If there was an issue with the packaging, please also return the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. Please email us with your proof at email@example.com with your request, and we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to get it back to us.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, will be partially refunded at our discretion.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept any returns for our candles and soap. If you have an issue with a purchase of candles or soap, please message us directly for resolution. Thank you!
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. All discounted or marked-down items are final unless otherwise indicated, and sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Because all of our items are unique and individual, we can only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and with a 'like' item. This may mean that your exchange item may not match your original purchase. If you really wish to exchange it for a 'like' item, send us an email at email@example.com. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label for return.
