the 6 inch base for each piece has two layers of fabric sandwiched between a painted wooden hoop. words and quotes are layered on by painting, printing with distressed inks, or heat set with vinyl - it can be hung by a ribbon loop through the hoop tightening screw or simply hooked over a nail.

while fabric supplies last, the back of the hoop art is crafted from fabric with pictures of the entire Doctor Who lineup!
